In this section the student will learn that within each of us there is a secret problem, which is also termed our secret fear. They will learn that their secret fear is the thing they are afraid to tell anyone and their surface fear is their fear that is obvious and they can take steps to either manage them or eradicate them completely.

The goal of this section is to help you ensure you’re loving yourself, and if you’re not doing so, it will assist you in taking actions to accomplish that. It is important to start your healing and recovery process by loving yourself. When you love yourself you will ensure your partner treats you with dignity and respect

ATTRIBUTES OF HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS
The goal of this section is to show students what a healthy relationship looks like. However, this lecture touches on the importance of setting boundaries in relationships. It deals with the first question to ask when setting boundaries - Do My Partner And I Get The Space Needed To Live Our Healthy Individual Lives?

ANALYZING DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIORS
The Goal here is to help you determine whether you are in an abusive relationship. By the end of this section you will learn how to identify abuse, some types of abuse and their signs. Accompanying this lecture the instructor has shared her personal experience recorded in the prologue of her book, River Never Smooth: Reclaiming Power After Abuse. This experience shows physical and emotional abuse. The callouts in the prologue give tips in dealing with these issues.

HOW TO BREAK THE SILENCE OF ABUSE
Here the student will learn the benefits of speaking out against domestic violence and abuse. The instructor, in an effort to give an example of a toxic relationship, shares her personal story of how she did not break the silence of abuse immediately and as a result her daughter was sexually molested by a step father

SURVIVAL STRATEGIES FOR YOUR RELATIONSHIP
The Goal of this section: To teach you survival strategies when locked in the same space with your abuser.

HOW TO SAFELY LEAVE YOUR TOXIC RELATIONSHIP
Here the student will learn the necessity of ensuring they are safe in their relationship and will learn precautionary measures that must be included in their safety plan if the relationship is toxic and they need to leave.

TAKING THE RISK!
Here the student will learn the necessity of taking risks. They will also be taught the existing framework of The Best Case/Worst Case Analysis which lays out questions to ask when deciding whether it is necessary to take a risk. Students will realize their lives are at risk if they remain in toxic relationships without helping themselves
